The Lightweight Melton Wool (400GSM)

A warmer-weather version of our iconic Modern Melton, the Lightweight Melton Wool balances durability and weather resistance with elevated comfort for days on the move. Made from a smooth and densely woven post-consumer recycled wool blend, it has a tailored fit that features a simple collar, left-chest pocket and curved bottom hem; the two-tone crescent buttons are based on Canadian military buttons from the Second World War. With a versatile, wear-it-for-anything design, it’s a shirt you’ll always want on your back or in your pack.

• Smooth 12-oz 80% post-consumer recycled wool/20% nylon is comfortable, durable and naturally weather-resistant
• Colours come from the original source garments; dye-free recycling process saves water and eliminates the use of harmful chemical dyes
• Double yoke across the upper back for additional comfort and strength
• Pleats on back shoulders for more freedom of movement
• Two-tone buttons, double-button cuffs and curved hem

Our tailored fit has a structured, moderately slim cut. To wear over layers, or to fit a more robust frame, we recommend moving up one size. See our sizing chart for further details.

Wash in cold water and hang to dry. To reduce energy and water use, we recommend washing only when necessary. Less washing also gives your garments a longer life.
